Please read this page carefully. These terms and conditions constitute the legal documentation to ensure that a legally binding contract is in place between SearchSEO and you.
We supply the services as referred to on LinkHelp (‘our site’) to you. You must understand that when joining our site and by ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We recommend that you print and save a copy of the Terms and Conditions.
The information provided on the site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for the site.
Unless otherwise indicated, the site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the “content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the united states, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
Provided that you are eligible to use the site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the site, the content and the marks.

You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via the site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments are in US Dollars.
You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site.
Unless you notify us before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel your subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time (by emailing us at email@example.com or cancel your subscription by yourself (by going to your control panel, opening the Billing tab and pressing Cancel Subscription).
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Lifetime deal purchased from merchant websites are subject to the terms and conditions of their websites.
You can transfer your LinkHelp license from one LinkedIn account to another with a transfer fee of $49. To initiate the request, you can reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
Systematically retrieve data or other content from the site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us
Make any unauthorized use of the site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses
Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the site
Use the site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of the site and/or the content contained therein
Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the site
Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords;
Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct
Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools
Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the site or the networks or services connected to the site
Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user
Sell or otherwise transfer your profile

Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the site to you.
Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any content
Use any information obtained from the site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person
Use the site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the site and/or the content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise
Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the site

Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware” or “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”)
Except as may be the result of standard search engine or internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the site, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software
Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the site
Use the site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the site and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event will Linkhelp.io, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: Any special, incidental or consequential damages; The cost of procurement for substitute products or services; For interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or For any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Linkhelp.io under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Linkhelp.io shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond or not within their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Our online Subscription Service allows any individual or company that uses it maximize marketing efforts on LinkedIn by automating time-consuming processes and making the prospecting process simpler. The Subscription Service can also be used to help organize marketing data (social selling index, average profile views, search appearances, etc) of a LinkedIn user in a clear way. The information added to the Subscription Service, either by site visitors providing their contact information or when a Subscription Service user adds the information, is stored and managed on our service providers’ servers. This information is then used to contact visitors about their interest in the company’s services and interact with the company.
You are free to explore the Websites without providing any Personal Information about yourself. When you visit the Websites, use our Subscription Service or contact us via our Contact us form, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.
We use web analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our web app. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. In addition to information we collect on our Website, when you use our chrome extension we may also collect your city location, device model and OS version.
We send push notifications from time to time in order to update you about events or promotions. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may turn them off in chrome store settings.
We may link information we store within the analytics software to Personal Information you submit within the Web App. We do this to improve services we offer you and improve our marketing, analytics and site functionality.
This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter into on the Websites, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.
Personal Information also includes Navigational Information or Payment Information where such information can directly or indirectly identify an individual. Navigational information refers to information about your computer and your visits to this website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed. When you use our services our view content provided by us, we automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Linkhelp.io for the operation of the Subscription Service, to maintain quality of the Subscription Service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Linkhelp.io Website. For these purposes, we do link this automatically-collected data to Personal Information such as name, email address, address, and phone number.
From time to time, we may receive Personal Information about you from third party sources including partners with which we engage in marketing activities, and publicly available sources such as social media websites.
The Websites are not intended for or targeted at people under 18, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about people under 18 If you believe that we have collected information about a person under 18, please contact us at email@example.com , so that we may delete the information.
We will never sell your Personal Information to any third party.

We may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, we do not transfer your Personal Information to the third party.
We use the information collected through our Subscription Service by our customers for the following purposes:
to provide the Subscription Service (which may include the detection, prevention, and resolution of security and technical issues);
to respond to customer support requests;
otherwise to fulfill the obligations under the Linkhelp.io Customer Terms of Service.
We use Navigational Information to operate and improve the Websites and the Subscription Service. We may also use Navigational Information alone or in combination with Personal Information to provide you with personalized information about Linkhelp.io
We post customer testimonials and comments on our Websites, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain each customer’s consent prior to posting the customer’s name and testimonial.
If you give us credit card information, we use it solely to check your financial qualifications and collect payment from you. We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.
We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. We secure the Personal Information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. All Personal Information is protected using appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures.

If you have elected to receive marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our content, products, or services, such as when you last opened an email from us or ceased using your LinkHelp account. We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created.
We employ other companies to provide services to visitors to our Websites, our customers, and users of the Subscription Service and may need to share your information with them to provide information, products or services to you. Examples may include removing repetitive information from prospect lists, analyzing data or performing statistical analysis, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, supplementing the information you provide us in order to provide you with better service, and providing customer service or support. In all cases where we share your information with such agents, we explicitly require the agent to acknowledge and adhere to our privacy and customer data handling policies.
