Auto endorse LinkedIn skills with auto responder
Before endorsing your connections' skills, it is recommended to turn on auto responder that will auto respond to “Thank you messages” from your connections which you get after endorsing their skills.
You can auto endorse your connections’ skills if someone sends you a message containing specific keywords. Click the “Auto respond messages” button from LinkHelp left menu then you will see dialog as below
Follow these steps to set up an auto responder
- Click the “Auto respond messages” button from LinkHelp left menu
- Enable auto response for skill endorsement
- Edit reply message which will be sent when endorsement is done
- Click the "Start" button
Click on checkbox to enable it and click on “Edit” button to edit keyword and other settings.
New dialog will open when you click the “Edit” button.
Enter your search term or keyword for endorsing skills. You can enter multiple keywords with comma separation.
In the Total skills option enter the total number of users’ skills you want to endorse.
Enter your reply message that will be sent once endorsement is done. You can use @name for the entire name, @firstName for first name and @lastName for last name of the user. These short codes are case-sensitive.
You can send images and files as attachments with your auto reply message. Click on “Attach an image” or “Attach a file”, then select your attachment. You can also add multiple attachments with a single message script will save your attachment.
Click the “Stop script execution” button from LinkHelp left menu to stop script from auto endorsing connections skills.
